SHIPPING POLICY

We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from thebellabrands.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We ONLY offer exchanges if an item was received damaged.

Please take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Care team (HERE) or at customercare@thebellabrands.com with a description of the damage. Upon inspection of the photo you will be advised via email.

 

CLEARANCE and 5BELOW items are FINAL sale, not eligible for refunds or store credit.
